Imam Ghazaliرحمت اللہ علیہ writes that there was one king. He had one garden. There were many parts of it. The king ordered one mat that brings the best and great kind of fruits in this basket for me. But the condition is that in which ever area you will go and there if you don’t like any fruit so don’t come again in that area. That man entered in one area of garden so he didn’t like any fruit there. Similarly he went to all areas one by one but none of the fruit was liked by his heart. When he reached to the last area, he was surprised. Because there was nothing and according to the condition, he couldn’t go again in those areas, where there were fruits. Helplessly he went in front of king with empty basket. The king asked, what have you brought for me? He said that I haven’t brought anything. Imam Ghazali says that by the meaning of king is the entity of Allah SWT. The meaning of that garden is the life of human being and with its parts, the days of person’s life are meant. Basket is meant as the actions book of human being. The human being says that from tomorrow, I will start good deed and will offer prayer from tomorrow but while doing tomorrow, one day the death takes him in itself and the days which are gone, don’t return, so he goes to Allah, empty-handed. By this we got to know that the world is the place of baffle.
